Christmas Eve with G-pa...

It has been wonderful having my Dad here. I never get to enjoy holidays with my side of the family, so it was extra special this year. We went over for dinner, treats, presents and fun. He spoiled us, we danced around the living room, we relaxed, we watched the kids open up their present from him and we had a great time. Thanks Dad for EVERYTHING! We love you!

Skating on Christmas Eve...

The skating rink had free admission (when you brought a canned good) on Christmas Eve, so we went over to have a little fun! Even Trav was out there skating it up! He even participated in a parent race, which we came dead last in, but I couldn't have been prouder of my sweet husband out there without a care in the world! A think a free pop really excited him!

Cross dressing, lights and cookies...

Every once in awhile Roman will come out in girl clothes, fingers painted red or with 13 ponies in his hair, it's just life when you have 3 older sisters, here he is in another girly outfit! We also went to look at lights Sunday evening and had fun eating popcorn in the car until the kids were tired and it was time to go to bed. We made horrible cookies this year, but we had fun making them. I should not be allowed to cook! Seriously? Someone send me some good cooking vibes!

Letters from Santa...

Santa sends letters to the kids every year! Here they are showing off their treasures! (Thanks, Santa!)

Sunday Christmas...

It's impossible to get a picture of my crew, but we tried. Trav had to leave earn Sunday morning for Choir, Willow was crazy and unable to control, Roman was everywhere, I was mad, Tristin's hair wasn't done and 3 seconds later it was off to church to try to feel the spirit! Someday's it's really difficult!

Todd & Andrea's...

Every year we head over to Todd & Andrea's for our annual Christmas night. The past few years its been on Christmas Eve, but this year it was a few days earlier due to other plans. We had dinner, treats, a movie, presents, a pillow fight and then sat around watching kids and chatting until Roman was in tears. It was a wonderful night! We love you guys!

Grace's gratitude tree...

So, I'm learning that when you have a bunch of kids, it's totally ok to be about a month late in your Thanksgiving/gratitude FHE lesson. Grace made this beautiful tree before thanksgiving and cut out a million leaves so we could write down a bunch of things we were grateful for. Well, we got a little busy, so on Monday night for Family Home Evening- we let her give her long awaited lesson on gratitude. It was utterly priceless. Thank you Grace for being patient with me as I struggle to be your Mom!

Whipped cream...

Chelsea came over the other night and apparently the twins had never had whipped cream sprayed in their mouth's! Glad I could document the occasion!Love you guys!

The pig is gone!

It only took them 3 or 4 days to get rid of the thing, but I can say happily, the pig is gone!

Grace's 7th Birthday Party- Spa

This year Grace decided on a spa party with a little help from her mom (hint, hint, I needed an easy one this time!)We had it last night and there was a great turn out! She had a lot of fun and the girls looked adorable with cucumbers on their eyes, face masks, foot soaks and nails done! Grace turns 7 on Sunday so we will hopefully celebrate with G-ma Edith since they share the same b-day! We love you Grace and cannot believe you are almost 7 already!
