Thank you Dad, I mean Santa...

The blessed day arrived yesterday... we bought a new camera!!!!!!!!!!! No it's not the $800.00 one of our dreams, but it's a billion times better then our sad, old one that was only 3.2 megapixel with a 1 inch screen! Now can you understand why I was dying to get a new one?
My Dad sent our Christmas check early so we could do some shopping, so we were happy to find one at Costco that didn't break the bank! What will I do with 12.2 megapixels, a 5X zoom and a 3 inch screen? Oh, the giggles...

Let it snow...

Yesterday was our first real day of snow (I hate winter!!!) so after getting Tristin off to school, I helped the girls get dressed to go outside to play. Sadly, Grace only lasted 4 seconds because she was cold,and then Daisy walked around kicking snow saying, "Now who will I play with?"

When a 7 year old gets a camera...

Don't you love it when you grab your camera to take a picture, and it's covered with sticky residue and then you find the last 20 pictures were shots of your amazing carpet, ceiling, bathroom toilet, fridge, a row of stuffed animals, a foot and your bed? Maybe my kids are the only ones that get a hold of the camera and take random shots, but I laugh everytime! Here's the few that Tristin took without me knowing it...
