Cooking with G-ma...

Oh, how I adore my G-ma's cooking! Weeks in advance we are planning the menu for when we arrive and I am salivating for weeks until that day. Grace helped G-ma make bisquits & gravy and oh how yummy they were!

Playing golf with G-pa...

Trav, Tristin & G-pa went golfing the day we went to visit- they had a great time...

Fun with the Cousins...

My brother Jake had the kids over one night for a "slumber party" & they had a blast. We also went over a different night and ate pizza, played & watched fighting matches. Jake was adorable with Willow...

Mom's 57th B-day party... Adam lambert style...

My Mama is the hugest Adam Lambert fan on the planet (from American Idol). She has seen him twice in concert, rocks out to his music CONSTANTLY, has an Adam keychain and proudly shows it off when the oil change guy asks about it, adores his music, loves his wild outfits and thinks he is genuinly a sweet young man. (and Yes, she knows he is gay!) Because we planned our trip over her birthday and ruined their plans to go away for the weekend, I knew I would have to make up for it somehow- so why not throw and Adam party??? I wish there were more pictures, but just imagine black balloons hanging from the ceiling, silver chains dangeling down, lots of black and silver stars everywhere and a happy birthday banner with Adam pictures on it. I had SOOO much fun preparing for her party. The cupcakes were my favorite and I wish you could see them better. They turned out great with black tuelle, silver stars, silver ribbon, adam pictures & rhinestones then placed in a black cupcake holder with a silver rhinestoned ribbon embellishment glued around it- does it get any better than that??? I am happy that I was able to make her smile- that's all I have ever wanted for her...
(I love that my camera lens jammed on this special night when my entire family was there- so no family pictures and no b-day girl pictures either- this is what I got of Mom's party...
