We stayed really busy over the Summer canning for our family and lots of friends. It was wonderful, exhausting and so rewarding. We canned close to 100 bags, quarts, pints and jelly jars full of stuff. Mostly peaces, pear sauce, mixed jams & apple sauce! So fun!!
